Markus Kuehn
Mona Rübsamen, 35, has worked as a free-lance producer in the wild world of youth
entertainment since finishing her studies at Berlin's university of arts in business communication.
She worked for MTV Europe as correspondent and video editor for music news, cinema, and style. As
the head of production since 1996, she focused on the regionalization of MTV Central in London
and Hamburg. Since September 1999, she has worked free-lance, developing TV and Internet formats
for clients such as I-D Media in Berlin.
For M2M, she is currently working in the field of
consulting and content development, as well as creative cross-media conception and production of
interactive entertainment formats.
Markus Kühn, 28, handles marketing and consulting for M2M. Computers and music
have been the connecting themes in his life. His studies in computer science, music studies, and
law have given him a strong background for his work as free-lance music producer for clients such
as the TV station ZDF. His internet- and computer-skills were developed during his work for the information technology
department at the university of Mainz.
His experience in the connection between marketing oriented internet knowledge with music and
youth communication was deepened by his job as the New Media Manager for Universal Records,
Hamburg.
Uli Kuppel, 26, has worked since the mid-nineties in various branches of the
music industry. Since the beginning in 1997, he has handled the media-cooperation and artist
booking for radio events, and also worked as the online Marketing Manager for Motor Music.
In 1999, he founded the entertainment agency b612, specializing in management, music publishing
as well as merchandising. Artists include Heyday, NTS and Reamonn.
He works for M2M also in the field of marketing consulting and develops new cross-media
campaigns.



M2M stands for marketing and entertainment competence. Divided into four different departments - marketing and events, production, new business and consulting - M2M covers all of the fields of modern youth marketing and is capable of developing new forms of advertising.

The department of Marketing and Events develops cross-media marketing concepts, whereby online and event marketing play an important role. Especially in the field of youth entertainment, these forms of advertisement can be effectively combined. Most important is M2M's creative way of dealing with the media. M2M does not deal with simple media placement, but tries to take advantage of the synergy between various cross-media advertising forms, motivating young people towards an active participation.

The Consulting department advises companies who want to enhance their entertainment competence. Many of the new companies have already realized that a web presence can only succeed with dynamic content, focused mainly on entertainment for young target groups. M2M provides editorial and technical guidance as well as music competence.

The Production department is the experimental laboratory workshop of M2M. Here we develop and produce marketing tools and rich media content. Our team develops and implements SMIL applications, multimedia productions, websites, flash-cards, EPKs, and TV features. The multimedia preparation through qualified and cutting-edge designers and programmers creates an emotionally engaging experience for the user.

The New Business department develops new business models, marketing fields, and
entertainment formats. Web entertainment on an SMIL base, push-pull technologies, and
"advertainment" are the core sections of development. All developed features and tools can be
applied to future technologies and work in the net as well as through UMTS or tv set top boxes.
The main goal of our development activities is to create show formats and entertainment concepts
that make use of interactive media, but at the same time respect those who are used to a more
"linear" perception. The high demand for entertainment creates new marketing fields, that in
turn can be marketed by M2M. With a team of qualified TV and advertisement professionals, we can
provide the highest possible production value.
The first project for New Business is going to be
the german version of the UK youth platform ministryofsound.com, which is going to be activated in
2002 together with the british label Ministry of Sound and In-Motion ltd. The platform is going
to be an entertainment platform for the friends of electronic music, as well as a testing ground
for new marketing formats.
Operating as a full service agency, M2M specializes in new media marketing of entertainment content (music, film, and style). M2M offers its clients custom-made marketing concepts which integrate and connect to traditional media such as print, tv, and radio.
